U19 World Cup 2024: Squads, Schedule, Live Streaming Details

The 16th edition of the U19 World Cup will be played from 19 January 2024 to 11 February 2024. A total of 16 teams divided into 4 groups are participating in the U19 World Cup 2024. The tournament was initially set to be played in Sri Lanka but due to Icc suspension on Sri Lankan board, the tournament shifted to South africa. 

Scenario  for U19 World Cup 2024:

  • There will be four groups, each with four teams.
  • From January 13 to 21, group stage matches will happen.
  • The top three teams from each group move to the Super Six stage.
  • Groups A and D fourth-placed teams play, and so do Groups B and C fourth-placed teams.
  • Super Six stage has two groups of six teams, combining top three from A/D and B/C.
  • Teams carry forward points, wins & NRR earned against Super Six qualifying teams.
  • Each team plays two fixtures in Super Six against opponents from the other group.
  • Top two teams from each Super Six group qualify for the semi-final stage.
  • Winners of the semi-finals compete in the final on February 4.
