UAE were knocked out of the Asia Cup after being bowled out for 105 in response to Pakistan’s 146.

MATCH 12: India Advance Into Super Four, Oman Fight Hard

India elected to bat first, with Sanju Samson anchoring the innings and helping India post a challenging total of 188.

Oman fought hard till the end to keep the contest alive. Hammad Mirza and Aamir Kaleem scored half-centuries, but all in vain as Oman fell short by 21 runs.

Chasing 134, Pakistan collapsed from 43-0 to 57-4 in the ninth over and then 80-5 in the twelfth. Fortunately, Talat and Nawaz made sure to see Pakistan home with 12 balls to spare.

Talat was awarded the honours of Man of the Match for his unbeaten 32 and two wickets.

MATCH 16: India Advances to The Final, Sri Lanka Out

Sloppy but vigilant, India managed to reach the final of the Asia Cup. The star of the night was Abhishek Sharma, who continued his dream run with a stunning 75 off 37 balls. 

Although India added just 73 runs after his departure, his explosive innings proved to be the decisive factor in the match. 

Saif Hassan impressed with his 51-ball 69, but it wasn’t enough to take Bangladesh over the line. India’s bowling attack, led by Kuldeep Yadav’s economical 3-18, ensured India a comfortable win.

MATCH 17: Pakistan Storm Into Asia Cup Final With Afridi, Rauf, And Ayub Heroics

Bangladesh won the toss and managed to restrict Pakistan to 135-8. Pakistan struggled with momentum and lacked solid partnerships.
