Day 3 of the National Challenge Cup was yet another day of goals and exciting games. Many players are knocking on doors for selection and we might see some of them in the coming World Cup qualifiers.
National Challenge Cup: Teams and Group
Divided into four groups, each boasting four teams, the National Challenge Cup ignites from May 1 to 6 with thrilling group stage clashes. Teams battle it out in three intense matches. The top two contenders from each group charge into the quarter-finals on May 7 and 8. The semi-final showdowns await on May 10, culminating in the grand finale on May 12.

National Challenge Cup: Matchday 3
PAK ARMY VS HEC
On Day 3 of the National Challenge Cup, the opening match concluded with another win for Army they won the match 3-1.Courtesy of goals by Afzal Umair Ali and Haris. The only goal netted by HEC was by M.Inam in the 83rd minute. Army retained their top position in group A got another 3 points and almost qualified for the next round.
MASHA UNITED VS PAK NAVY
After the draw against S.A. Farms Masha United got their first win over the Navy. Mujahid Hussain wearing 11 number shirt netted a goal in 90+2 minutes and took his team to the finishing line. Masha United won the match 1-0

KRL VS S.A FARMS
After losing on Day 1, KRL back to winning ways and won 3-0 against S.A Farms. Najeebullah scored 2 goals and his teammate Waqar scored in the 77th minute and put his team ahead in the game and got three crucial points.
PACA VS NIMSO
The day’s final match concluded with PACA emerging victorious, securing a 2-1 win over NIMSO. Shadab Khan was instrumental, scoring 2 goals, contributing to PACA’s decisive victory, and earning them 3 crucial points. Musaveer netted only one goal for Nimso in 22nd minutes but that was enough to help his team
