The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has announced a wave of interest from multiple reputable advisory firms and consultants eager to participate in the bidding process for managing Pakistan’s premier football and futsal leagues. This enthusiastic response underscores the growing recognition and efforts to elevate the standards of football and futsal in Pakistan.
The PFF had earlier issued a call for proposals, seeking firms with substantial expertise in legal, technical, and financial domains to engage in a competitive bidding process. The aim is to hire a Financial Advisory firm or consortium to oversee the bidding process for awarding the rights to operate the Men’s, Women’s, and Futsal Leagues. The chosen advisory firm will play a pivotal role in conducting thorough market analysis, organizing strategic pre-bid meetings, developing comprehensive financial models, and evaluating bids to provide final recommendations to the PFF.
Upcoming events will feature both men’s and women’s categories, including a Men’s Football League/Championship, a Women’s Football League/Championship, and Men’s and Women’s Futsal Leagues/Championships. These initiatives are designed to foster a competitive environment for football and futsal in Pakistan, promoting the sport’s growth and development at all levels.
The PFF encourages all interested firms to utilize the remaining time to submit their expressions of interest. Firms are invited to email their intent to mail@pff.com.pk by July 08, 2024. After this deadline, all interested parties will be invited to a preliminary meeting to discuss the final submission of their technical and financial proposals.
